BROWN PAPER BAG HAT QUEST

This quest is pretty simple and quick to do(except the sharp paper part =X)
Its all about becoming a Shy Guy Organization(?) in order to get the hat.

Each member will give you hints about where are the other members.

The first npc is behind the shaking hands in Prontera


“Everybody using masks”=Umbala


“Heat”=Morroc. This is npc is on moc_fild12(Morroc South)


“Tropical Island”=Skull Island(don’t know the name for that one =D) To get there get a warp to Bibilan Dungeon and enter in the warp just above you. The NPC is hidden under a tree.


“Thick Smog”=Einbroch. Once you are in einbroch by warp girl go a little to west and you will find a building, enter it.

This one isn’t going to give you the location. You will have to find his locked brother.

“Coffin”=Niflheim. The npc is a coffin on northwest

You will need a Hammer[2] to complete this step. It can be bought on Niflheim weapon shop


Once you have got the Hammer[2] talk to the coffin again. This will “break” the coffin and release the guy. Go back to the Einbroch member. He will give you the location of the next npc.

“Royal Origame Folder”=Amatsu Palace.


Once you are in the castle go upstair TWICE and enter in the middle “box”.


She will ask you for some ingredients.

40x Sticky Mucus
85,000zeny

Once you get the items give them to her and she will give you the Brown Paper Bag Hat.

Steps

Go look for André (brasilis 116, 65) and talk to him.

He tells you he'd go to the beach instead of school, as long as his teacher doesn't notice he skipped class.

Now talk to the Teacher (brasilis 239, 128),

She'll request for 50 Slick Papers and 50 Squid Inks for her pop quiz preparation.

After giving her the ingredients she mentions André and asks you to inform him about the pop quiz.

Talk to André. Select "Dude, I bumped into your teacher and..."

After knowing about the popquiz André decides to head home to study but finds his backpack missing and you'll help him find the backpack.

You can find the backpack - Stuff at (brasilis 263, 104).

Talk to it and head back to André.

Now André complains about his soaked notebook and heads to the Museum for info.

Go to the Art Museum (brasilis 146, 162).

Enter the room on Second Floor.

Find André near the right bottom corner (bra_in01 102, 137).

He asks you to help him check the Cathedral and Calçadão's signposts.

Head to the Cathedral in town and talk to its Signpost (brasilis 199, 322).

Apparently the signpost is all rusty and graffited.
Bring 5x Alcohol, 5x Mixture, 5x Condensed White Potion, 75x Fabric, 1x Fluorescent Liquid, a Knife[4] and 2x Counteragent to clean the signpost.

Then search for the Calçadão's signpost (brasilis 192, 147).

It is also rusty and graffited.
Bring 5x Alcohol, 5x Mixture, 5x Condensed White Potion, 75x Fabric, 1x Fluorescent Liquid, a Knife[4] and 2x Counteragent to clean the signpost.

Return to André in the Art Museum after cleaning the signposts.

André thanks you and goes back to study.

Meet him again at the beach. André thanks you again and rewards you a Brazilian Flag Hat [1].

Steps

1. To obtain this quest, talk to Hannah at Jawaii city, Jawaii 232, 201. She will ask you to find her boyfriend somewhere around the city.



2. Find and talk to her boyfriend, 'Lucas', near the ship in Jawaii city, at jawaii 121, 262.
He will think that you are a gold digger. So, to prove that you are not, you have to give him,

2 carat diamond
50,000 zeny



3. After giving the items to him, he will then ask you to seek Crew Captain on the ship if you want him to stay.
Talk to the crew captain named, 'Captain Blanc', at jawaii 111, 245. He will ask you to give him 300,000 zeny in order consider whether to let Lucas go or not.




4. It will take some time to wait for him to talk to you. So, just spam him till he said he wants a 'Blue Fish'. Its a headgear that can be obtained by doing the quest at morroc npc, Traveler, morroc 273, 79.




5. After you give him the Blue Fish, go back and talk to Lucas. This time, Lucas will faint.

You will need to go to Morroc to find 'Doctor'. The Doctor will be at Morroc City, morroc 73, 95. In order to save Lucas, the Doctor will need some ingredients to make a potion for Lucas. There is only a probabilty of success. If you fail, you will need to recollect all the ingredients and make again.

(Based on a Player's observation, there seems to be a connection between being overweight and succeeding. Out of 7 tests, he failed 6 times while over-weight, but succeeded on his first try when not over-weight - however, this can only be verified by performing the quest.)

6. After obtain the potion, give it to Lucas. Lucas will be awake and would like you to collect 12 witherless roses for him so that he can propose to Hannah.
Witherless rose can be bought at Lutie town, Gift Seller.


7. After giving 12 witherless roses to Lucas, go back and talk to Hannah. Hannah will be very happy and pay you back by making a hat but would need few items.

Steps

1. To start the quest, talk to Alicia at yuno_fild08, 170, 184. (the map where the entrance of Kiel Hyre Dungeon is).



2. She will ask you to gather some ingredients for her research.

10 research chart

3. After giving her all the ingredients, she will ask you to help her pass her report for her to 'Professor Nanara' at South of Yuno, bottom right corner, yuno 360, 35.




4. Talk to Professor Nanara and she will ask for some ingredients for her tea pot.

1 battered kettle
3 bitter herb
10 coal
10 lemon
40 well-baked cookie

5. After giving her the ingredients, she will accept the report and now, return to Alicia.

6. As an appreciation from Alicia, she will make a Blue Ribbon[1] for you, but you will need to gather some items.

150,000 zeny

And by handing all the ingredients needed, you will obtain a Blue Ribbon[1].

Steps

1. Find a Mother Peco Peco (moc_fild02 243, 145).

Then the Mother peco peco will ask you to collect items to make the bird nest

After you have collected the supplies, bring them back to the Mother Peco Peco and she will make the nest for you. Upon finishing the nest, she will ask you to hurry and find the Owl Baron that took her babies and rescue them from Glast Heim Castle (gl_cas01). Remember to keep the nest that the Mother Peco Peco made you in your inventory or wear it, so that the babies will know that she sent you and can trust you.


He is a bit of a jerk, and refuses to hand the babies over, so you'll need to provoke him into a fight and when you defeat him, the birds will see the Bird Nest and come to you. After this, return to the Mother Peco Peco and she will let you keep the bird nest as a token of her gratefulness. You will receive 2,500,000 exp.

TALON-RO BELL RIBBON QUEST

Bell Ribbon Quest

Information

Important note: Do not leave the room using fly wing or butterfly wing. failing to do so will make you miss -some- important pop ups and will force you to return there AGAIN.

Materials needed

• Big Ribbon x1
• Decorative Golden Bell x1
• Biotite x3

Steps

1. Talk to miranda (142 113 lighthalzen), she'll try to give you some newspapers, but you'll realize something is wrong. Check it out! upon finding out about the problem, don't just stand there, time to start being an adventurer again! agree to her request to check out the pipes leading to somatology laboratory (biolabs).




You have to do the quest before you can enter the area.

2. Upon arrival, keep going forward until you see the end of the pipes and check around your left side (neutral camera angle). You'll realize some weapon marks (228 85 lhz_cube) there, try to check it out further and you'll realize that you are facing great danger and decide to return to miranda with your finding for now.





3. Return to miranda and report your findings. She'll ask you to search around the biolabs some more. this time come inside the actual biolabs (it is reccomended to be well-geared from this point on), and search around the desks and cabinets inside the first 3 rooms you see.

4. 1st room: old papers in table(223 47 lhz_dun02)



2nd room: old dresser (281 94)



3rd room: old dresser (274 124), old dresser (289 124)





Once you see everything there, you realize that you're way too deep into the mess, and there's no turning back. LEAVE the room and go back to Miranda.



5. Return to miranda and report everything. now she decides that there's no turning back and you have to dig deeper. This time go check out the libraries.

6. The library is located in (107 45 lhz_dun01) as you enter the room, a pop up will appear. Be careful not to get disconnected.



Go straight through the door and you will see a smaller room, and another pop up.



Now that we're here, time to go hit on the books:

book1: (99 79)
book2: (99 86)
book3: (114 86)
book4: (114 79)
book5: (111 92)
book6: (103 92)

Now LEAVE the room, other wise you'll have to come back here. a pop up will appear and removers will spawn. Kill them.



Then LEAVE the library. Just to be sure, you have to get 6 handcuffs and research charts from the doppels and return to miranda.



7. Once you return with the handcuffs and research charts, miranda will explain everything to you.



8. Talk to her again and she'll offer to make the bell ribbon.
